This is a traditional
and very popular Indian vegetarian
dish but mostly over Punjabis
in India. It is highly popular and desirable during the winter. It’s basically
spinach leaves and mustard leaves its super nutritious for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. For
non- vegetarians they can also add meat in to this too for example one can simply
use beef in Saag to spice up the flavour of the Saag.
It is very time
efficient and easy to make you must chop the spinach leaves and the mustard
leaves you will also need onion and tomatoes as well as green chillies, ginger
and garlic, some salt garam masala and as well as gheen or oil.
