Gol Gappa


 The gol gappa also known as panipuri and in Urdu it is called Pani Ke bataashe. This is very popular in India and Pakistan. It is popular as street food in big and small Indian cities. Now, you can get it from grocery stores, it comes in little package. This dish you can take with you while going to any occasion. Mostly people like to eat it in evening and afternoon.

The name ‘gol gappa’ refers to crisp sphere that is placed in the mouth and eaten one at time. It is small enough to fit I ones mouth. The pani comes from Hindi for water used for gol gappe and puri is actually made by Indian bread by deep frying it in oil. Gol gappa also vary according to region in India but in other countries it taste same because they sell it in little package and most package comes from same companies who produce gol gappe.
