you know? There are over 28 different regions in India and every region has
their own food.
Last
year my friends and me travelled to India. We travelled across state of Punjab.
Punjab is known for its cuisine, culture, and history.

Here is the list of
different types of food you should try if you ever visit that place.
1)
Butter Chicken: chicken marinated overnight in yoghurt and
spices mixture and cooked with a special makhani sauce made of butter, tomato
puree and various spices that gives the dish its unique flavor. It is a pride
of Indian cuisine and a very famous non veg dish all around the world.
2)
Tandoori Chicken: chicken is marinated in
yoghurt and spies and seasoned with tandoori masala it’s a highly popular dish
traditionally cooked in a clay oven to give the chicken that Smokey flavor it
really deserves.
3)
Kebabs: is a dish consisting of meat threaded on skewer and grilled.
Any kind of meat may be used; cubes of fruit vegetables are often threaded on
the skewer as well. Typical vegetables include tomato, bell peppers, onions and
mushrooms.
Don’t
